Contact requests

If you email us, we process the information you provide to reply, assess your project, take precontractual steps or meet legal obligations. Contacting us is optional; without the necessary contact details we may be unable to respond. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Recipients and retention

Authorised personnel and hosting, email and IT providers may access data, acting as processors where required. Enquiries are retained as needed to handle them and meet applicable obligations; technical logs follow security needs and service settings.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads are optional: when configured, they load only after consent to the respective purpose. They may process identifiers, device data, visits and campaign information. The European provider is Google Ireland Limited. Transfers outside the European Economic Area require GDPR safeguards. You can change or withdraw consent through cookie preferences.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where legally applicable by emailing info@kestelor.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian data protection authority.
